- We launched our Big Deal Banner Programme in March 2018 out of Three Star Rustenburg
- Monthly meetings are held with the Big Deal Store Owners to select products to advertise for that month end Promotion
- Suppliers attend these meeting for information sharing and insights as well as to introduce new products
- POS packs are printed for each store (Window Posters, shelf talkers and pamphlets)
- Field managers assist with:
1) Checklists for ordering
2) Review of price points
3) Merchandising
- Promotion campaigns are run to increase range and to promote certain product
- The phased roll out to the balance of our stores commenced in May 2018
